We offer a Home Equity Advance Program to access funds fast so they can move quickly before their house sells. Advance + Sell
Advance up to 70% loan to value of the home. $8/month for every $1,000 borrowed. The average advance is about $20,000 for three months.
Advance + rehab + Sell
All the same benefits as a normal bridge loan. Larger bridge loan to pay for repairs on the home. Rehab is managed by SPS.
Sell traditionally
Many times clients don’t need money upfront. In those cases, we can help them sell traditionally on the market. We strive to make it an easy transition and to help them make more money to afford a higher level of care for their future.

We help seniors access the equity in their home by either selling the home traditionally, purchasing all cash, or securing an advance on equity to cover seniors needs which may include rehab to the house prior to sale.
